You can either create your own thrift groups or join existing ones. These groups, called “Thrift Circles,” allow you and your circle to pool funds towards a shared goal. At the end of each thrift cycle, not only will participants benefit from disciplined saving, but they will also have the opportunity to win the interest generated on the savings through a raffle system—bringing excitement to an already rewarding process.
Thrift-2-Win is a unique savings app that brings a fresh spin to traditional group saving methods. With Thrift-2-Win, you can save with friends, family, or colleagues towards multiple goals, and at the end of each cycle, you’ll have the chance to win more than you contributed! This app makes saving money not just a financial goal but a fun and community-driven experience.
You can either create a public or private thrift by clicking on the ‘plus blue icon’ on your homepage, and fill the required details, then you wait for your thrift to be approved before you can proceed with sharing your thrifts for others to join
To join an existing thrift group, search the available groups on the platform, select one that suits your saving goals, and click “Join.” You’ll need to agree to the terms and make your first contribution to become a member.
If you win the thrift, the interest amount accumulated during the thrift period will be credited to your Trives account. You can withdraw it, use it in future thrifts, or save it in your wallet.
The winner of a thrift group is selected randomly at the end of the thrift duration. The platform uses a transparent and fair process to ensure every participant has an equal chance of winning.
After you join a thrift and the group participants are filled, you will wait for the set thrift duration to be completed, afterwards a random winner will be selected to win the interest of the thrift!
